CM/1 applications were always filled out based on the name of the head of the family. This means that the decision on whether all family members would receive DP status depended on the path of persecution of the family head. The head was usually the oldest male family member, but applicants had to list the name, gender, and date and place of birth of all family members for whom they were requesting support. In this case, Peter Stojanov was only applying for himself; other CM/1 applications were filled out for entire large families.
