The name Charles Riot and the prisoner number on the left-hand edge of this card reveal that the card was used multiple times: once as a clothing storage room card for Moses Abusch and later as a registry office card for Charles Riot. This double usage was particularly common after the start of the war in order to save paper. The original card is now filed in the ITS archive among the documents for Charles Riot; a copy was made for Moses Abusch.
