After the war, the information office of the Netherlands Red Cross (NLRC) created cards for former prisoners of Amersfoort. They were intended to help families in their search for missing relatives. These cards noted the prisoner’s home address, as well as the employment office (Arbeitsamt, A.A.) and the companies to which a person had been taken from Amersfoort. This card is incorrectly referred to as a transport card at the Arolsen Archives, even though this document was not created during the war.
